When embarking on a Life Coaching journey, the first step is to conduct a personal audit and initial session to establish goals and expectations. Afterward, we work together toward your expected destination. Session are scheduled are according to your needs and availability.
Coaching sessions are conducted either through Zoom, over the phone, or in person (based on location and availability). With your permission, I record Zoom and phone coaching sessions for your reference and review. As an added value, I provide written documentation of action items based on our session for accountability.
